Return, Replacement And Refund Policy

Introduction

​If the product you received does not match your order or specifications, you are entitled to request an exchange. Should you prefer a different item, you may select another product of equal value, subject to certain conditions. Please be aware that refunds for purchased items are permitted only under stringent criteria.

Eligibility

To initiate a product exchange, it is essential to adhere to specific conditions outlined for this process.
 

  1. The product must remain unused.  

  2. All product and brand tags must be intact as received.  

  3. An unboxing video of the product is required.  

  4. The product must be kept dry at all times.  

  5. The product should be free from any unpleasant odors.  

  6. Claims must be submitted within four days of receiving the product.  

  7. Ensure the product is in its original packaging.  

  8. No signs of wear or damage should be present.  

  9. The product should not be altered in any way.  

  10. Retain all original documentation for the claim process.

  11. Not Sold under clearance sale or discounted sales or special discounted sales or

Size adjustments can be requested; however, if the desired size is unavailable, you will need to choose from a different product. When making a purchase, please refer to the size chart in the product description to ensure you select the correct measurement. This should be completed within 4 Days of receiving your order.

Different product delivered

If you receive an item that differs from your selection or if the product description does not match the item received, you are entitled to request an exchange or refund. Please be aware that garment designs may not be perfectly accurate, and colors may appear differently on your digital device. Nonetheless, you can still initiate an exchange in such cases. This should be completed within 4 Days of receiving your order.

Returning Procedure

Customers may return items via courier at their own expense within four days of delivery. Please email the courier proof to qukstyle@gmail.com on the same day the return is initiated. Upon receiving the product, we will conduct an inspection; if the item qualifies for an exchange, you may select a new product from our website. You will be notified the same through your registered email Id.  If the item does not meet the exchange criteria, we will return it to you, and you will be responsible for the courier charges.

If you qualify for the exchange as indicated in our email or phone communication, you may request the specific size you need, which will be sent to you via courier.

Refund Procedure

You may be eligible to request a refund if specific conditions are met.

  1. Product received differs from the description provided.  

  2. Incorrect item delivered.  

  3. Loss incurred during transit.  

  4. Delivery delayed by over two weeks.  

  5. Manufacturing defects present

  6. Product return required in original condition.

Refunds will be processed within 7 Days of receiving the returned items at our facility or upon confirmation of loss during transit, using the original payment method. Items lost in transit should be confirmed by the courier agent and upon confirmation Refund will be initiated. If you do not receive the eligible refund amount within two days after the refund has been initiated, please contact us at qukstyle@gmail.com for further assistance.
